Should you be on my list?

I'm going to say something that you'll NEVER from any of the gurus...

But first, lemme remind you that the On Thursday, September 27th at noon, Eastern time, the price of my best-selling "Your Marketing Department In A Box" goes way, WAY, WAY up. Quite frankly, I have been an idiot selling it for less than one hundred bucks. If you want a complete marketing department for your business on the cheap, jump over to http://www.davedee.com/box

Okay, what I'm about to say is controversial. Here 'tis...

I might NOT want you on my subscriber list. I'm serious.

Yesterday, after some soul searching, I made a list of the types of people I wanted to work with and help and I am determined to weed out folks that don't meet the criteria I laid out. So let's see how you stack up against my list:

I want to work with people who are:

1. Positive
2. Motivated
3. Want to kick ass
4. Doers
5. Risk takers
6. Passionate
7. Accept total responsibility for their outcomes
8. Deliver real value to their clients

I do NOT want to work with people who are:

1. Excuse makers
2. Need coddling
3. Easily offended
4. Whiners and complainers
5. Easily offended
6. Freebie seekers
7. Politically correct

If you don't stack up, please do us both a favor and take yourself off my list. On the other hand, if we are in sync, I've got some great stuff planned for you.

Oh, by the way, there are some great lessons in today's message. Can you figure out what they are? Give it your best shot and post your thoughts on the ole blog.

Kick butt, make mucho dee-nero!

Dave Dee

PS: Tick, tick, tick...time is running out to get "Your Marketing Department In the Box" for less than one hundred bucks. Tomorrow at this time, you'll see a MASSIVE price increase to reflect this product's true worth. If you want it, I'd get it now. http://www.davedee.com/box

Dave,
Great post today and I think the critical point here that everyone should pay attention to is realizing "who" it is you want to work with, and "who" you do not. Defining it way further than just a certain type of profession which is what most gurus talk about when they talk about defining a niche or target market.

When you get clear about the types of people you want to surround yourself with - the doors begin to open and the possibilities are limitless.

Right on Dave!

Until I 'fired' negative/whiney clients, they always seemed to pull me down. You can never please them no matter how good you are.

I now only work & 'play' with positive people.

It changed my life as well as my business.

'Y/Our' newsletter is ALWAYS positive and attracts quality new clients. People with like minds.....
